1. No Refunds for Digital Products

All products sold on Sranadigix are digital in nature and delivered instantly or within a short time frame. As such, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered. If your refund is approved in any account circumstances then the amount will be credited to the originals payment method with in 7 working days

2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

We only consider a refund in the following rare cases:

• You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.
• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
• The product you received is completely non-functional, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Product Delivery

If you believe you have received an incorrect or incomplete product, please contact us immediately with your order details. We will verify the issue and resend the correct files at no extra cost.
